Physicals – April 22

Students wanting to be in a sport, or marching band, or ROTC, or drill team, or cheerleading, or be a trainer MUST get a physical.

CHS is doing these on campus and students must register by 4/8, it will be $20 and will be held on Thursday, April 22.

Students who do not turn in a physical to the trainers will be REMOVED from these programs and will be placed in PE or an alternative course if there is room. We HIGHLY advise students just do the on campus physical.
