2017-2018 School Year
Students enrolling for the 2017-2018 school year can register online. Scroll down for the link to begin the registration process. Once completed, make an appointment with the Registrar to finalize the process. Please call (936) 709-4015 to make an appointment.
Bring the following documents with you to the registration appointment. If all documents are not presented at the time of registration OR all immunizations are not current, your student will not be registered.
Original birth certificate
Original social security card (copies are not accepted)
Proof of immunizations (must be up to date)
Proof of residency (utility bill or lease ONLY in parent/guardians name, otherwise a notarized affidavit in bill holder’s name is required
Last report card/transcript (proof of promotion is required for 9th grade)
If you have moved you must provide the Registrar with a new utility bill ( water, electric, landline) or a valid signed lease in order for your address to be changed. Students are not allowed to ride the bus until the address has been changed. You may fax the new proof to 936.709.4198 or scan and e-mail it to Fay Hernandez.Â Be sure to write your child’s name on the proof. Once the proof has been received, you may fill out a new bus registration form for your child to give the new bus driver.
